The Bob Wininger Scholarship
The Bob Wininger Scholarship was voted on by the ACA Board in 2001 in honor of Bob Wininger who was a catalyst in combining the Court Clerks Association with ACA in 1992. Bob was an ACA past president and served on the ACA board for many years. Bob was killed in an auto accident just prior to the 2001 Fall Business Meeting and conference. The award was set to honor his accomplishments and to allow attendance to a conference for an individual who could not otherwise afford to attend. The scholarship covers the conference registration fee and is available to court employees. Travel and hotel accommodations will be the responsibility of the recipient. Scholarship applications for the 2025 spring conference must be submitted by February 7, 2025.
